CANCELLATION POLICY

To book an appointment, a credit card will be required to secure your appointment.

Cancellation policy is as follows:

A 24 hour notice is required before scheduled appointment time. If appointment is not canceled or rescheduled before this time frame, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

If you fail to confirm appointment through square, email or text (whichever method you choose when booking your appointment) before the day of booking your appointment & proceed to no show, a 100% charge of scheduled appointment will apply.

Hair By Austin does not offer refunds or exchanges on products or services, no exceptions.

If payment is not received, or a refusal of payment occurs- after 3 invoice attempts- Hair By Austin will send amount due to collections.

This cancellation policy is in place in order to be respectful of each other's time. As always I appreciate your cooperation.
